Please fill-up the following form to get the activation key (sometimes called "registration code") for the PocketTV software that you have purchased. If you have not yet purchased PocketTV, please select PURCHASE in the PocketTV menu on your device and follow the instructions on the screen of your device.

This is the Code displayed on the device when you select PURCHASE in the PocketTV menu.
To get this Code, start the PocketTV application and skip any dialog by selecting "ok" or "Cancel", then select PURCHASE in the PocketTV menu.
If PocketTV does not display any Code, try to obtain your key with this other form (only for PocketTV 1.2.8 or later).

TransactionID or Order Number:

The TransactionID (same as Order Number) is in the confirmation email that you received once your order has been confirmed by the Vendor/Reseller. If you lost or forgot your TransactionID, go to pockettv.com/faq.html#transactionid.

Vendor/Reseller:

Please select the Vendor/Reseller where you purchased PocketTV.

Email:

For verification, please enter the email address that you used when you purchased PocketTV.

Make & Model:

Please enter the Make and Model of your device.
